Conversational web with AI (IALanding) | iabot

IALanding Guide: your web that talks

Imagine a page that evolves with real conversations and that you can embed on your own site or WordPress. That is an IALanding: a conversational landing with your AI inside.

You do not need to code. Create your account at app.iabot.io/register, create a channel, and IALanding is generated for you. The web channel has no plan fee. WhatsApp Pro and Telegram Pro cost €29.99/month when connected. iALove (images and video) uses prepaid credits that do not expire.

What you will get

  • An IALanding generated with your AI inside
  • A conversational page that evolves with use and knowledge you add
  • An embeddable widget for WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, and similar builders
  • Text and microphone chat
  • A channel ready for iaTalk

Before you start

You need a Google or email account, a few minutes, and a clear job for the AI. Your own website is optional—you can start with IALanding alone.

What is an IALanding?

An IALanding is a conversational landing page that:

  • Is created when you open a channel in iabot
  • Updates with usage and the knowledge you provide
  • Shows relevant content for visitors
  • Includes an integrated chat with your AI
  • Runs with no plan fee even if you never connect WhatsApp or Telegram
  • Can be embedded on your site as a widget

It is the web surface of Flow—not a replacement for the Hub or custom projects. See also web chat.

Why it converts better than a static page

Always fresh content

It reflects real questions, current use cases, and what people ask most.

Automatic personalisation

It prioritises the information visitors request most and evolves with your business.

Real-time social proof

Anonymised real conversations can show that the AI works and build trust.

Natural conversation

Visitors type or speak with the microphone and get answers grounded in your material.

How to create your IALanding

Step 1: Basic setup

  1. Go to app.iabot.io/register.
  2. Sign in with Google or email (no card required to start on web).
  3. Create a channel with a clear name (e.g. “Dental Clinic – Conversational Web”).
  4. iabot prepares the channel, IALanding, and iaTalk space.

You can rename the channel later. The important part is starting with a label your team recognises.

Step 2: Initial content

Train the knowledge core:

  • PDFs (catalogues, FAQs, docs)
  • URLs (site, blog, services)
  • Optional YouTube and media
  • Example messages for tone

Under Settings: set identity (description, tone, services), attach 1–2 PDFs and URLs, save. Start small; expand from real questions. Prefer one accurate rate card over ten conflicting documents.

Step 3: Enable and customise IALanding

  1. Open IALanding.
  2. Customise colours and logo.
  3. Copy your unique link—your conversational page is live.

You get dynamic sections, integrated chat, a content library, FAQ patterns from usage, and a clear presentation of your business. Share the link internally first and walk through the same questions customers ask.

Step 4: Advanced customisation

Define content rules (what appears in FAQ vs homepage), industry emphasis (health, education, retail, services), and later multichannel data when you connect WhatsApp or Telegram Pro. You do not need every advanced switch on day one—ship a solid knowledge base and widget placement first.

Embed IALanding on your website or WordPress

IALanding works as a standalone page and as an embed:

  1. In IALanding, find Embed code / Web widget.
  2. Copy the snippet.
  3. Paste it as HTML in WordPress, Elementor, Divi, Webflow, Wix, Shopify, etc.
  4. Test on the live page.

Visitors chat without leaving your site, ask about products or services, and can use the microphone—same knowledge core as the standalone IALanding.

Talk to your AI with the microphone

At the bottom of the chat, hold the mic button, speak naturally, release. iabot transcribes and the AI replies as if the message were typed. Useful on mobile and for hands-free use. Works on the standalone page and the embedded widget across devices.

Elements that update with use

Dynamic FAQ — real questions, tuned answers, frequency order.

Use cases — conversation examples and usage signals.

Featured content — most requested services, hours, or info.

Content library — PDFs, videos, and images available from the conversational page.

Examples by sector

Dental clinic

Updates available schedules, highlights popular treatments, and surfaces FAQs about prices and procedures. Often pairs the standalone IALanding with a WordPress widget on the main site so patients never leave the brand page.

Online coach

Features popular programmes, student-facing content, and microphone chat for people who prefer voice on mobile.

Restaurant

Keeps menu and specials easy to ask about, answers reservation and delivery questions, and embeds the widget on the existing website.

These are illustrative patterns from the product guides—not invented case studies and not guaranteed metrics. Adapt the same structure to your niche.

Why start on web before WhatsApp or Telegram

Web and iaTalk let you validate tone, knowledge, and handover with no plan fee. When the experience is solid, connect WhatsApp Pro or Telegram Pro at €29.99/month. That sequence—train, test on IALanding, then expand channels—is the same freemium model described across the Flow product: free conversational web, paid messaging channels when you need them.

Advanced configuration

Content rules

Show high-frequency questions in FAQ; feature top services on the homepage; refresh availability when people ask about hours.

Industry personalisation

Health (hours, specialties), education (courses, methods), retail (products, stock), services (rates, process).

Multichannel integration

When you connect WhatsApp or Telegram (€29.99/month Pro), conversations and knowledge stay in one panel with the web channel.

Metrics to track

Engagement: time on page, interactions per session, mic vs typing.

Conversion: CTA clicks, forms, chats started, widget queries.

Updates: which sections change most and which content is opened.

Practical tips

  • Keep URLs and descriptions clear for sharing and discovery.
  • Prefer fast mobile performance.
  • Place the widget where visitors need help (services, pricing, contact).
  • Make the microphone visible if your audience is on mobile.

Common mistakes

  • Too little knowledge (the AI cannot invent what you never uploaded)
  • Overloading the page instead of prioritising
  • Generic tone with no sector limits
  • Skipping the widget when you already have site traffic
  • Ignoring conversations and metrics after launch
