Hub Bot

AI employees that work with your team

Hub Bot is iabot’s AI-employees product. It is not a support chatbot: you give them goals in chat, they prepare files and leave a recap. They have their own mail, calendar and WhatsApp; a person approves anything that must leave the company. From the company computer they sign into Holded, Salesforce, Gmail, Drive or any other site you already use.

What is iabot?
iabot (iabot.io) is a Spanish AI-employees company based in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and serving companies throughout Spain. The product is called Hub Bot. We also make assistants with iabot Flow and custom projects.
Where can I hire AI employees in Spain?

What is an AI employee?
It is a software agent given a role and work. It receives briefs in chat, uses mail, calendar and WhatsApp, runs routines and can enter company tools from a computer with a browser. The human team keeps approvals and control.
How is an AI employee different from a chatbot?
A chatbot focuses on answering messages. An AI employee can also receive goals, prepare files, run routines and work in web applications from the company computer, leaving an audit trail and asking for approval when required.
What is Hub Bot?
It is iabot’s AI-employees product. You brief them in chat, direct them from the app, and they have mail, routines, WhatsApp and a real computer. It is separate from Hub Studio and iabot Flow, with its own login and wallet.
How many AI employees can I have?
Up to 50 AI employees on Libre, Autónomos and Empresas. Extra seats are not sold separately: plans differ by credits, human users and the Daytona computer size.
How much does Hub Bot cost?
Libre costs €0 per month and includes 200 welcome credits once. Autónomos costs €99 per month with 10,000 credits per cycle. Empresas costs €249 with 27,500 credits. Top-ups start at €10 and Daytona computer use consumes credits, separately from AI inference.
How is computer use calculated?
The computer uses credits for the time it stays powered on and its allocated resources (CPU and RAM). Storage is accounted for separately: the first 5 GiB of allocated disk are included, and allocated space above that limit can keep using credits while the computer is off. The AI operating it uses credits separately, from the same company balance. Check the breakdown in Settings.
Does it work in Holded, Salesforce or Gmail?
There is no product-by-product API connector. The employee uses the included computer and browser, so it signs into the same web tools the company already uses: Holded, Salesforce, Gmail, Drive, Dropbox and the rest.
Is this the Hub Studio trial?
No. Studio’s Hub AI Credit and app quota do not apply here. Hub Bot has its own account and Stripe customer. You can reuse the same email; they remain two accounts.
